Condo Blvd launched Version 3 of our site on January 15, 2016. In the month of January, of numbers were extremely impressive with users representing 34 countries visiting the site. Below is a representation of sessions to the end of January.

We update your available units and floorplans daily and give you the option of having all leads emailed directly to your sales centre or having them sent to Realtors who are interested in your project.
Additionally, we include our Featured Projects in our Social Media Campaign and send a bi-weekly email to our entire database of users.
PROMOTIONSIf you have Promos, we have HELP.
We notify all of our Approved Realtors so that they can reach out to their clients.
We incorporate a drop-in modal on your page to advertise the promo on EVERY page view and link directly in our Promotions Section.
We email our entire database as well as post in our Social Media Campaign.
We can also customize the promo and incorporate into our Media Advertising Campaign.
THE BEST IS YET TO COMEWe are going even further
This June we will be launching a real-time inventory control database system for our Developers. An end-to-end system that can be easily customized for additional floors and / or units should they become available. The BEST part is that you will be able to choose the submit to Condo Blvd option to keep us informed automatically of which floorplans are still available. You won't be sending any information about individual units or numbers sold, the ONLY information we would receive is whether or not a listed floorplan is available. All in real-time with complete back-end control at the Condo Sales Centre.
Additionally, we are producing a television show entitled Condo Kings, which features four Realtors each week, competing at a Sales Centre to achieve the greatest number of sales. Not only can this benefit new launches but it can also be utilized to promote inventory.
